For over 30 years we’ve trained and licensed thousands of drivers employed in a variety of careers within the transportation industries and are a Registered Private Career College under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.

Toronto Truck Driving School is a member of the Truck Training School’s Association of Ontario (TTSAO) and holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

CLASS A
- Allows you to to drive any tractor-trailer combination.
- Our MELT Training program is a 5 week course, and our full 200 Hour AZ course takes 8 weeks
to complete.

CLASS D
- Allows you to operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
- Class D training can be completed within your availability. Usually within 2 to 3 weeks.

Air Brake (Z)
- Allows you to drive a vehicle fitted with an air brake system or an air-over-hydraulic brake system.
- This is a 2-day weekend course – new courses start each Saturday!

How much does it cost?
Costs for our programmers range between a few hundred dollars up to a couple thousand. We offer flexible payment plans for each of our courses!
How long are the programs?
The length of our program can be a few days to a few weeks. TTDS Cambridge does our best to accommodate your availability for training.
Do you provide financial assistance?
Whether you’re accessing funds through BetterJobs, a bank loan, or one of our lending partners, we’re here to support you from application to approval!
Can I expect to land a job after I graduate?
TTDS Ottawa works with several training partners to ensure our drivers are employment ready and have opportunities for a successful career as soon as they graduate.
Is it in person or online?
All our courses take place in person, and we offer full one-on-one training, no sharing your training time with others, so you receive the full attention of our experienced instructors.
